1. General Information:

• Refundable Security Deposit: ₹5,000

• Pet Charges: ₹500

• Extra Person: ₹1000 (Above 10 guests)

• Meals available at additional charges

• Families, couples and mixed groups are welcome.

• Complimentary tea/coffee is available in the morning for all guests ☕

2. Food Arrangements:

• Induction cooktop available for reheating food and light cooking/snacks/beverages.

• A local family owned restaurant delivers delicious food directly at the villa

• Caretaker can also cook some basic food dishes like Maggi, Pakodas, Pohe, Upma, Masala Omlette.

• Food charges are to be paid directly to the Restaurant/caretaker

3. Check-in & Checkout Policy:

• For a smooth check-in, kindly complete ID submission, pending payment if any, and refundable security deposit before arrival. Until then, access will be limited to the living area and one bedroom with washroom facilities.

• Standard Checkout Time: 11:00 AM

• Extension till 12:00 PM: Subject to availability

 

4. Late Checkout Charges:

• 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM: ₹2,000

• Beyond 3:00 PM: Considered as a full-day booking (standard charges applicable)

• This helps us ensure sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests 😊

 

5. Nature Stay Note: As the villa is surrounded by nature and greenery, occasional insects/bugs/wildlife may be present, especially during evenings and monsoon season. Regular pest control is carried out to minimize this as much as possible.

 

6. Power Backup Notice: The villa has inverter backup for lights, fans and essential electricals. During extended power outages, high-power appliances such as air conditioners may not operate on backup power. We appreciate your understanding and recommend using electrical appliances responsibly during such situations.
